She reveals conversations with former construction workers who discovered networks of tiny, square-cut tunnels and skeletal remains while working on an expansion of Western Carolina University in the 1940s.

050 The Tall Ones: Archaeological Evidence for the Existence of Giants in Prehistoric North America



Richard Syrett speaks with an investigative historian and avocational archaeologist about archaeological reports and historical chronicles of a distinct subpopulation of large, powerfully-built individuals of extraordinary height who inhabited ancient North America for thousands of years. These North American giants were referred to as the ‘Tall Ones’ by the indigenous people and were between 7 and 8 feet tall, with some possibly even taller, he says.

GUEST: Jason Jarrell is an investigative historian, avocational archaeologist, and public speaker. Other than ancient history, his studies include philosophy, comparative mythology, religion, and depth psychology. He is a frequent guest on numerous radio shows and podcasts focused on ancient history, cultural studies, and politics.
